Join us with your chair for a regular Tuesday morning 11.30am class lead by our Physiotherapist Susan Fraser.
You can book 1 calendar month for £32*, or in the same calendar month 3 weeks for £24, 2 weeks for £16 or a single class for £8.75. If you are unsure call Dawn, contact details below. *There’s also a calendar month option that includes a link to a recorded class for £35.
After purchase you will receive a Zoom invitation link to the online classes via email. Please do give us at least 12 hours notice of the 1st Tuesday Chairs class you plan to attend so we can get the link to you!

To participate in a class you need to be fit and able enough to do exercises which includes feeling steady when balancing on one foot whilst holding onto a stable dining/kitchen chair. If you like the class, make sure you tell your friends!
