Adapted Tai Chi (ATC) is taught by health care professionals, keeping the principals of traditional Tai Chi and selecting and modifying movements and postures to best maintain fitness, agility and balance, especially as we grow older. Take some time with our Physiotherapist, Susan Fraser in a class to enjoy being present; being body aware; exercising gently; and gain the health benefits from this popular and evidence based activity.
